Financial Arrangements
Payment for services is expected at time the service is provided. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Debit, Cash and personal cheque with credit card verification. If treatment requires multiple appointments, payment may be divided over the number of appointments.
Our office accepts most dental insurance plans used by major employers in the area. As a courtesy, we offer electronic dental claims submission. We will estimate your deductible and the portion not covered by your insurance, which is due at the time of treatment.
We strive to maximize our patient's insurance benefits and make them easy to manage, while making any remaining balances easy to afford. Ultimately, insurance is your responsibility as it is a contract between you and your employer.
